The retreat will run Friday 24th - Monday 27th of January 2025 and will be hosted at Roses Bower in Northumberland.

Situated within the stunning hills and moorlands of Northumberland National Park, Roses Bower is nestled in 15 acres of rolling countryside. With green fields, forest trees and an abundance of wildlife - it is the perfect location for a weekend escape.

Roses Bowers is a collection of three properties set within private grounds. The three properties that make up our stay are The Drum Barn sleeping eight, The Hayloft sleeping eight and Woodworkers Cottage sleeping four.

In a world that can often feel chaotic and overwhelming, it is essential to take the time to align to ourselves. When we are in harmony with our true selves, we are better able to navigate life's challenges with grace and ease. This weekend is all about intentions, connecting our mind and body and exploring ways we can align to our authentic self.

Time to reset - your mind and your body. Looking at how our practice can change with the seasons. A time to release and accept change, re-evaluating your intentions and goals from Autumn/Winter and what we look to achieve during Spring/Summer.

Recharge - fill up your own cup, this is your time! Join in with as much or a little of the schedule as you want, we are learning to trust and listen to exactly what it is we need.

Radiate - our journey is complete, you are full of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love! You know exactly what you want going into the new year and have never felt more like yourself!

The price for the retreat is dependant on room preference and if you select the 2 or 3 night stay. Rooms/cottages can be requested by groups if you are planning to come with friends/family which is great for the shared kings, or I can arrange buddy ups with yogis I think you would get along with for single traveler’s in the twin rooms. Kings are also available for single occupancy with a price increase.

King single occupancy - £515pp

Deposit is £75pp paid on the day of booking, this is a non-refundable payment. Cancellations can be accepted and partial payment refunded (not deposit) up until 31st December. Payment can be made in full or by payment plan - £75 due on day of booking, then in instalments up until December. (Dates and payment amounts can be discussed to suit you) Early bird pricing available until 1st September when there will be a £50 increase.
